We did the Phin coffee making class today with Hi. She was very passionate and enthusiastic taking us through Vietnamese coffee making. Phin is set back in a lovely courtyard space away from the hectic old town. We learnt to make salt coffee and egg coffee and both were delicious. Hi was a great teacher and it’s very clear coffee making brings her happiness. We would recommend this class as something fun to do that is different to typical tourist stuff.
